Returns & Exchanges
We strive to ensure the product images in our online catalog accurately represent the look and quality of the items our customers receive. If this is not the case, please send a photo of the item you received to hello@wukongsecrets.com so we can verify the correct product was shipped.
If your item is broken, please contact us and send a photo of the item and your receipt to hello@wukongsecrets.com. Replacements are offered if the item is defective and within 30 days of purchase. Damages caused by normal use do not qualify for replacement.
If your order tracking shows it has been returned, don’t worry. We’ll be happy to assist you with this.
Please send the order number and tracking number to contact:hello@wukongsecrets.com so we can help you as quickly as possible.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after the item is delivered and received. Due to our limited inventory, we cannot guarantee replacements or exchanges in all cases. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, you will have the option to select a different item as a replacement. Online purchases can only be returned or exchanged through our customer support team at hello@wukongsecrets.com. Return labels will only be provided for damaged or defective products within the policy timeframe. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
